Privacy Policy
The
Young Filipino Professionals
Association (YFPA) recognizes
and respects your right
to privacy regarding personal
identifying information
that you share with our
organization. This privacy
policy explains YFPA's
practices for collecting
personal identifying information,
and the choices you can
make that determine how
your personal identifying
information is collected
and used by YFPA.
For
the purpose of this privacy
policy, YFPA will use
the term "identity
information" to refer
to your information which
identifies you individually,
including your name, phone
number, email address,
or physical address.
YFPA
uses identity information
to inform its constituents
about YFPA's events, benefits,
and services.
YFPA
will not release identity
information to a third
party without either:
- The
consent of the person
providing the information,
or
- A
court order
YFPA
receives identity information
from its constituents
through a variety of methods:
collection of business
cards, paper registration
forms, sign-in sheets,
online invitations, online
registrations, online
surveys, emails, and (possibly
in the future) forms on
the YFPA website. This
privacy policy applies
to identity information
collected by any of these
means.
YFPA
provides users the opportunity
to opt-out of receiving
communications from YFPA
and/or modify information
previously provided by
sending an email to marketing@yfpa.org
with the Subject: Unsubscribe
from YFPA.
